Federica Pazzano has over 20 years of experience in the Film & Audiovisual industry. She is Co-founder of the media marketing and consulting agency DARO Studio, based in Dallas, and Editor-in-Chief of Cinema & Video International. She is currently a consultant at Rai Com, Rai Kids, MIA Mercato Internazionale Audiovisivo, and Licensing International Italy. Her career has taken her to the industry’s major markets, events, and fairs, where she has built her expertise in B2B marketing, business development, and networking.

Kevin Joiner

CCO – Chief Creative Officer

Kevin Joiner is a Creative Director with twenty years of experience in design and brand management. His career has focused on building and maintaining strong and communicative styles.

Creative Director

Emanuele has been in delivering high quality projects of corporate communication, branding, publishing, advertising and web design since 1999. He offers an integrated approach to the project: from information architecture to design.

Angela Grillo

Financial Management

With a Master’s degree in Financial Management for Television and Film, Angela Grillo has dedicated nearly two decades to the industry. She specializes in Tax Credit management and strategic funding advisory for securing public and private funding.

Her expertise spans comprehensive budget management, cost-optimization strategies, and the delivery of complex financial reporting. Angela acts as a vital bridge between the creative and production departments, providing the financial insights necessary to ensure project profitability. Known for her vibrant personality and exceptional interpersonal skills, she brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented energy to every production.

Marketing Coordinator

Daniel is a Marketing Coordinator who started his career in this industry back in 2021. His wide range of skills varies from video and photo editing to marketing campaigns, social media management, and more.
